How this practice handles enquiry information

What arrives with an enquiry

When a visitor writes to Frontier Publicity through the contact form, by email or by phone, the practice receives the details that visitor chooses to share, such as a name, a company, a town and a description of the story they hope to place. Nothing on this site asks for payment details or government identifiers.

How those details are used

Enquiry details are used to answer the enquiry, prepare a proposal and, where a client engages the practice, to run the campaign that follows. They are not sold to list brokers and they are not added to unrelated marketing lists.

How long records stay

Unanswered enquiries are reviewed and deleted in the ordinary course of business. Client campaign records, including coverage logs, are kept for the period the engagement and ordinary accounting require.
